IMPORTANT: ALL PAYMENTS MADE ON ASTROGURU360 ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS MANDATED BY APPLICABLE LAW. PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENT.
This No Refund Policy applies to all payments made on Astroguru360, owned and operated by IT SQUAD SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "the Company"). By completing a payment on the platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this policy. This policy is to be read together with our Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy.
1. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Astroguru360 provides digital astrology consultation services. Wallet credits are added to your account immediately upon payment verification, and consultation services are rendered in real time by independent astrologers. Because these digital services are delivered and consumed instantly, they cannot be returned, and accordingly all sales are final.
2. Scope of This Policy
No refund shall be provided for, including but not limited to:
- Recharge plans and custom wallet top-ups, once payment has been made;
- Chat consultation sessions, whether completed, partially used, or ended early by the user;
- Wallet credits (real or virtual/promotional), including unused, expired, or forfeited credits;
- Dissatisfaction with the advice, predictions, or guidance provided by any astrologer;
- Orders placed in haste, by mistake, or with incorrect information supplied by the user;
- Failure to use purchased credits before account termination or credit expiry.
3. Wallet Credits Are Not Money
Credits in the Astroguru360 wallet are service credits, not real money. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded, and are usable only for services on the platform.
4. Limited Exceptions
As the sole exceptions to this policy:
- Duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a verified technical or payment-gateway error, the duplicate amount will, after verification, be credited back to your wallet as platform credits or, at the sole discretion of the Company, reversed to the original payment method.
- Payment made but credits not received: If your payment is verified as successful but the corresponding credits were not added to your wallet, the credits will be added upon verification.
- Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Requests under this section must be raised within 24 hours of the payment, along with the UTR/transaction reference, by contacting support@astromancysquad.com. Verification may take up to 7 working days, and any approved credit reversal to the original payment method may take up to 7–10 business days.
5. Acknowledgement at Checkout
Before completing any payment on the platform, you are shown a clear notice of this No Refund Policy and are required to confirm your acceptance. Completing a payment constitutes your unconditional agreement that the payment is final and non-refundable.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining wallet credits, without prejudice to any other remedies available to the Company.
7. Changes to This Policy
The Company may update this No Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your payment shall apply to that payment.
